THE ALDRIDGE COLLECTION
The Reverend Wilfred Aldridge was Woodland Beach’s first historian, taking numerous pictures and recording a detailed account of the early settlement in the 1920’s. His rich and varied experiences have been a remarkable aid in chronicling our beginnings.  Â

    OLD AND OLDER COTTAGES
THE EYEBROW COTTAGES
Ben and his brother Dick Whelan constructed many of the early buildings, from Sunset Lodge, Sunset Pavilion to several cottages. It is believed that Ben built these four cottages that have the lovely eyebrow roof line.
